Excipient manufacturer Sigachi announced the receipt of the highly coveted聽National Best Employer Brands 2018聽in the 13th Employer Branding Awards, organised as part of 27th edition of World HRD Congress.
The National Best Employer Brands recognises excellence in talent acquisition, talent retention and training. The exercise is done as per norms laid out by the World HRD Congress.
Speaking on the occasion, MD & CEO of Sigachi Industries Amit Raj Sinha brought out the journey on HR transformation and the mindset change that needed to be instilled among it鈥檚 team members of it鈥檚 three manufacturing units.
He stressed that the success lay in the continuity of these good practices from the corporate office to the three manufacturing facilities. He also acknowledged the contribution of M/s Crossover Leadership Partners, the HR specialised company to whom all the HR activities at Sigachi have been outsourced.
